Contract scope

These general conditions of sale apply to sales contracts concluded on-line via the website www.bebedon.fr between Bebedon (us) and consumer customers (you).

Conclusion of contract

Conforming to the Civil Code on the conclusion of online contract, the contract will be concluded when you click on the button allowing you to confirm your order, after viewing the details of it, especially the total price, and having had the opportunity to correct any errors. You will know your payment obligation.

Language

The language proposed for concluding the contract is English.

Archiving

Contracts entered on our website (data for your order and Conditions applicable on the date of your order) are archived for a period of 10 years. You can access the archived contracts upon request by e-mail at louise@bebedon.fr or by mail addressed to Bebedon Louise Simpson 3, Rue Villon 69003 Lyon, France.

Price

VAT is not applicable, Art. 293B of the CGI. The prices mentioned on our website are quoted inclusive of all charges, in euros. Shipping fees are not included in the prices shown on our website. Additional charges may possibly be your responsibility are indicated prior to the conclusion of the contract.

Shipping

The products offered for sale on our site may be delivered to mainland France and the countries listed in Shipping Terms

Shipping fees are charged in addition to the prices listed on the site. The exact amount of shipping is stated in the ordering process.

The delivery time is a function of the method and the country. It is stated in terms of Shipping Terms

Payment

Payment is made directly through the PayPal website, Bebedon never has access to this information. That is why they are requested again for each transaction on our site.

Please note that the delivery of goods will take place after receipt of payment by us.

Ownership
The transfer of ownership will take place after full payment.

Risk Transfer
The transfer of risk of damage or loss of the goods will take place when you take possession of the goods supplied or so when the goods are delivered to a carrier appointed by you, other than one of those offered on our site.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason, within fourteen days. The withdrawal period ends fourteen days after the day you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, physical possession of the property. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract through an unequivocal statement (eg letter sent by mail or email) to the following address:

In order for the withdrawal period is met, you only need to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including shipping (excluding additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen, if necessary, a fashion delivery other than the least expensive method of delivery standard proposed by us) without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will refund using the same payment method that you have used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different way; in any event, the reimbursement will not cause cost to you. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or until you have provided evidence of shipment of the property, whichever is the earliest of these facts.

You will need to return or make good, to ourselves the address above, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days after you have contacted us your decision to withdraw from this contract. This deadline is met if you send back the goods before the expiration of the fourteen day period.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Your responsibility is taken only in respect of the depreciation of property resulting from the handling other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and the functioning of the property.

Legal guarantee

The legal guarantee comes as provided by law. Rights covered by Articles L.211-4, L.211-5, L.211-12 of the Consumer Code and sections 1641 and 1648, paragraph 1 of the Civil Code apply.
